Walter's Way
A 3-month practice in confidence and joy, taught by a kitten who has never once doubted himself.

The idea
Walter came to me a rescue — six weeks old, found with one eye stuck shut while standing on a busy street with a speed limit of 100 kph. No pedigree, no plan, no reason to expect much.
He expects everything.
He walks into rooms like he owns them. Naps in the sun like it was made for him. Climbs into whatever basket, bag, or lap is closest, fully convinced it will hold him.
I've spent years teaching people how to navigate hard things. Walter is teaching me something I didn't know I still needed: how to expect good things. How to be relaxed about joy instead of bracing for the other shoe.
I want to practice that out loud, with other people, for three months. That's Walter's Way.

What's included
A weekly video from me — what I'm learning from Walter that week, and how I'm actually practicing it (not just thinking about it).
A daily photo in our private Facebook group — Walter, or another animal teacher, doing what animals do best. A small daily reset.
Book club, twice a month — working through Kamal Ravikant's Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It, using the Xchange facilitation approach: breakouts of 2–3 people, guided by generative questions to keep discussion focused, so everyone talks, everyone's heard, no one performs.
A weekly grounding practice — short, simple, something to actually do, not just read about.
A discussion circle, twice a month — small groups, max 5 people in each one, one hour. Each person shares a celebration, a place they need more love, and something they're grateful for. Love first. Joy follows.
How it works
3 months. Small groups. Real practice, not more content to consume.
Max 12 people per cohort. Discussion circles of 4-5 people.
All live sessions are on Zoom.
This isn't a course you finish. It's a rhythm you build.
Investment
$177 USD Â (before tax)
$35 USD from every enrollment goes to Regina Cat Rescue — the organization that brought us Atticus and Marty, and, in memory, Josie and Freja before them. Walter found his own way to us, off a busy street. This is how we say thank you for the ones who didn't.
Is this for you?
If you're good at handling hard things and tired of that being your only setting — yes.
If you want a low-key, low-pressure way to practice joy instead of just intending to — yes.
If you're ready to let a kitten show you up a little — definitely yes.
